Plague Doctor
Plague Doctors were a term for doctors in the Middle Ages that cared for people who were infected with the Black Plague. Not only were they in charge of trying to heal the sick, they also had to dispose of the corpses of those that didn’t survive.
To treat the sick they did bloodletting and used a variety of herbal remedies and strange practices. The odd bird beak shaped masks that they wore were filled with drugs and aromatic herbs to protect themselves from the plague.
Plague Doctor is a creepy and intriguing potion of gnarly oakmoss, pungent rosemary, rich black tea leaves, smoky vetiver, ceremonial tobacco, ravensara and dark spices.
