This is the perfect natural remedy for stress, anxiety and tension. It’s great for calming the nerves and for grounding & centering.
It’s made from lavender, cedar, vanilla and chamomile and is blended into a base of sesame seed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil and sunflower oil. I chose these oils based on their medicinal & magickal properties.
Lavender balances the emotions, eases anxiety, relieves insomnia and helps soothe gastrointestinal distress due to nerves.
Cedar is comforting, soothing and grounding. It can elevate mood and create a sense of wellbeing.
Vanilla has a calming effect on the brain and promotes happiness and relaxation while easing stress and anxiety.
Chamomile is a mild sedative that is good for easing anxiety, stress and insomnia.
To use simply roll a bit onto your pulse points and temples and let the magic happen.
