This is an oil that I’ve been making for years for myself and for loved ones. Within minutes of using it soothes headaches and migraines caused by stress, tension, lack of sleep, allergies and sinus.
It’s made from peppermint, pine and lavender and is blended into a base of coconut oil. I chose these oils based on their medicinal properties.
Peppermint is refreshing to the mind, body and spirit. It can improve focus and mental fatigue while also eliminating headaches, migraines and dizziness. Peppermint is also a powerful herb for purification and decreasing negativity. It awakens the mind and empowers creative thought.
Pine relieves fatigue, clears the sinuses, eases congestion and is used for protection.
Lavender balances the emotions, soothes headaches and strengthens the conscious mind while providing relaxation.
To use: Roll a bit onto your temples and forehead and let the magic happen. This oils works best when it’s applied as soon as you notice the pain.
