Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. I ship everywhere.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and I do not store any of your payment information.
Any information you provide during your order process is only used to fulfill your order or to contact you about your order.
My order is a gift. Can you ship it to the recipient?
Yes. You can specify a separate shipping address during checkout.
If you'd like me to include a note to the recipient just leave me a message at checkout.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

 

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?
Processing time is normally around 2-7 business days before your order ships. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.
Most orders ship before this estimate but please plan accordingly if you need your order before a specific date.
All items are shipped via USPS.
US orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive and international orders can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location.
What are your shipping rates?
Domestic shipping rates for the US are: $7.50 flat rate
Orders over $150 = FREE SHIPPING!
Canadian shipping rates are: $25 flat rate
Orders over $250 = FREE SHIPPING!
International shipping rates are: $32 flat rate
Orders over $300 = FREE SHIPPING!
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Will I be charged customs fees for my International order?
International buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply to their shipment.
Customs fees vary based on your location and the value of the items that you ordered. You can visit dutycalculator.com to estimate any fees.
I am not responsible for any shipping delays, damage or seizure of items caused by customs, as these matters are completely out of my control.
Please be aware of your country's policies regarding shipping restrictions prior to ordering.
Do you offer a rush service?
Not at this time.

What is your return policy?
All items are considered final sale.
I do not offer refunds or returns on items.

Are your products vegan?
All of my perfume oils are vegan.
I never purchase from any supplier that tests on animals.
If a product contains animal products of any sort it will be listed in the description.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. They can be purchased here.
Do you offer custom oil blends?
Yes. You can purchase them here.

I offer wholesale on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer a blogger discount or free review products?
No. I do not offer free or discounted products in exchange for reviews, to use in giveaways or for any other reason.
Do you include free samples with orders?
Not at this time. Oil samples are available for purchase.
Is there a HagRoot retail store?
I do not have a brick and mortar store at this time.
