One way is to burn the herbs as loose incense on a charcoal disk.

You can create a ritual bath by placing the herbs in a muslin bag and steeping them in your hot bathwater.

+Due to the Damiana in this blend, do not burn it around children or animals or leave it where they can get to it.
+The Palo Santo in this blend is some that I got from Peru many years ago.
It’s finely chopped and there are small flecks of colored material in it.
To this day I still don’t know what it is or why it’s in there but any time I go to pick it out I get visions of the workers harvesting the wood and processing it and I transport to the time I spent there and the things I saw and I wind up leaving it in.
It feels like it’s part of its story in some way.
