I created this doll to be used as an alchemical vessel
for energy transference and healing.
It’s a safe place to unload everything that’s troubling you.
Whether you’re carrying grief, worry, fear, anxiety, heartbreak, pain, self-doubt or trauma, this doll will absorb and transmute it.
It allows you to move unhealthy energy out of your body and mind and into a dedicated space for transmutation.

This doll is extremely beneficial if you're an empath or a sensitive soul that feels and absorbs the weight of the world and those around you. 
It helps to get rid of the energetic toxins that cling to you and aren’t yours to carry.

To work with your doll, sit in solitude with it.
While holding it, identify the feelings and energy that you want to let go of,
like fear, anger, exhaustion...etc.
When you’re ready, take a deep inhale and on the exhale,
transfer all of that energy into the doll.
You’ll immediately feel lighter and the doll will feel full.

If the doll feels full or if the specific situation you gave it has passed, you can cleanse it with the smoke of incense or burning herbs, place it on a piece of selenite until it tells you it’s ready or place it on a windowsill under the light of the full moon.

I created this doll with salvaged fabrics that I distressed,
a carved stone skull, wood and wire.

The doll is approximately 8.5” x 3.5”
